International customers (signing outside the United States and its territories) pay a higher total fee of $45 for the first notarization. This includes the statutory $25 notarial fee permitted under Virginia law, plus a $20 international service charge to cover additional costs such as identity verification tools, payment processing, and cross‑border compliance requirements.
Package fees are based on the specific services provided, typically ranging from $150 to $275 per session.
Standard Package – $150
Applies to basic estate plans with document sets up to 75 pages, one to two signers, two witnesses (client provided), and travel to a single client location.
Package Includes:
Extended Package – $175 to $275
Applies to estate plans involving additional signers (e.g., co-trustees, successor agents), document sets over 75 pages, and/or travel to multiple locations for signing.

Fees are determined on a case‑by‑case basis, with a minimum charge of $150 per exam session (in‑person or online). Notarizations completed during the session are billed separately at $10 per traditional notarization and $25 per remote online notarization.
