Established in 2025, Universal Notary Plus operates on principles of integrity, reliability, and excellence, providing notary services to the community.
Carol is commissioned as both a Notary Public and an Electronic Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In her free time, she dedicates herself to improving her skills and staying current with laws and industry developments.
